What we do
Every channel we run is measured on its own merits
We don't run channels for the sake of presence. We run the ones that sell, and we switch off the ones that don't.
Google Ads
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube — we catch purchase intent the moment it appears.

E-commerce — fashion
Womenswear store on Salla
- The challenge
- The store was spending SAR 55,000 a month across Snapchat and TikTok at 1.4× ROAS — below break-even once cost of goods and shipping were counted. The pixel was double-firing purchases, so even that figure was flattering. All the creative was flat product shots on a white background.
- What we did
- We started with tracking: killed the duplicate event, added the Conversions API on both platforms, and passed the correct order value. Then we rebuilt the creative entirely — UGC-style vertical video with four Saudi creators, testing three distinct message angles in parallel. We also split retargeting out from prospecting so it stopped claiming credit it hadn't earned.
- The result
- Within five months verified ROAS reached 3.9×, cost per order fell 52%, and monthly spend rose to SAR 90,000 because the account could finally carry the scale.

Restaurants & cafés
Café chain — Riyadh
- The challenge
- Three branches sharing a single Snapchat campaign aimed at the whole of Riyadh on SAR 25,000 a month. Most of the delivery went to people more than 25km from the nearest branch. All three Google Maps profiles were close to empty: no photos, and wrong opening hours on two of them.
- What we did
- We split out an independent campaign per branch on a seven-kilometre radius, dayparted to peak hours only (4–11pm, plus 7–10am for the office-district branch). We rebuilt all three Maps profiles with professional photography and a current menu, and set up a QR-based review request at the till.
- The result
- Google Maps direction requests rose 210%, average daily footfall climbed 34%, and the average rating went from 3.8 to 4.5 — on exactly the same SAR 25,000 budget.

Services — marketplace
Home-services marketplace
- The challenge
- A 400-page site where 60% wasn't indexed at all. The cause: service pages duplicated verbatim across twelve cities with only the city name swapped. Organic sessions had been flat at 3,000 a month for two years, with near-total reliance on Google Ads at a high cost per acquisition.
- What we did
- We consolidated the duplicated city pages into strong primary service pages, keeping city pages only where genuine search demand existed — each with unique content. We rewrote 80 service pages, repaired the internal-link architecture, and added Service and AggregateRating schema.
- The result
- Over eight months: organic sessions went from 3,000 to 19,000 a month, 140 keywords entered the top three, and blended customer acquisition cost fell 31% as a meaningful share of demand started arriving free.

All case studiesHow we work
Four steps from first call to first riyal
Week one
Analyse
We open your existing accounts and review 90 days of data, inspect the tracking event by event, and reconcile platform numbers against actual sales. You leave this stage with a written report telling you exactly where money is leaking — even if you don't continue with us.
Week two
Strategise
We build a plan on your unit economics: margin, customer lifetime value and break-even. From those we set an acceptable cost-per-customer ceiling and split budget across channels. The plan is written down and specific — not a conversation in a meeting.
Weeks three and four
Launch
Tracking goes in first and gets verified before a riyal is spent. Then we produce the creative and launch in waves on a test budget, watching the first 72 hours closely before opening the full budget.
Ongoing
Optimise
Weekly: we switch off what isn't working, ship replacement creative, and scale winners gradually without resetting the learning phase. Monthly: a full strategy review with you, numbers on the table.
Why Red Spark
The difference isn't the ad — it's everything behind it
Tracking first, advertising second
We don't spend a riyal until every event is verified. Most accounts that reach us have a broken pixel or inflated numbers, and decisions built on bad data cost more than the advertising itself.
We actually know the Saudi market
We know why Snapchat outperforms here, how Saudis actually phrase Arabic searches, and what changes during Ramadan and why. None of that comes from a course — it comes from running accounts in this specific market.
Open reporting, no varnish
A live dashboard open to you around the clock — no waiting for a month-end deck. And if a month goes badly we'll tell you why and what we're doing about it, rather than hunting for a flattering number to show you.
No contracts that trap you
Thirty days' notice ends the arrangement. Your ad account and your historical data are yours from day one, and you can revoke our access with a single click. We'd rather you stayed because the results are good.
